Principle of Production Process of Hydrogen Perodixe

     In the anthraquinone process to produce hydrogen perodixe, it is normally adopted Pd catalyst, fixed bed and hydrogenation process. In the presence of Pd catalyst , the alkyl anthraquinone dissolved in the organic solvent is hydrogenated to produce the alkyl anthra-hydroquinone, which is oxidized to get the hydrogen perodixe under given reaction conditions eventually. Meanwhile, the alkyl anthra-hydroquinone The new structure of hydrogenation reactor that possesses high efficiency of hydrogenation and will saves the amount the catalyst as well.

The high efficient oxidation column increases the yield by 3%.

The active carbon fiber adsorber can adsorb the aromatics in the off-gas so as to reduce the cois converted to alkyl anthraquinonre,and the stream of working solution is fed to the extraction column for extraction by using demineralized water as extracting agent in a counter- currenrt flow to produce H2O2 , which is purified to form the finished product--H2O2 and it will be dilivered to the storage tank.The solution of alkyl anthraquinone after treatment returns to the hydrogenation section for reuse.

Technical Features

2.  The new type of tray's structure of  extraction column can reduce 35% H2O2 directly

3.  The high efficient oxidation column increases the yield by 3%.

4.  The active carbon fiber adsorber can adsorb the aromatics in the gas-off to reduce the consumption of aromatics and environment pollution.

5.  It is less land occupied and investment-saving. 

6.  The facility can produce different concentration products of 27.5%, 35% and 50%.

7.  Less waste gas and the waste water is treated with the process of "Fenton", i.e. the way of H2O2  catalyzed oxidizing flocculation to realize the clean production 

 8.  High automation by adoping DCS system .
