Preface

       For many years in China,O2 generation from natural gas is used to the process of gas preparation for producing synthesis ammonia, which is a long and complicated process with severe operating condition, higher investment and operation cost. Facing such a situation, our company has made an effective innovation in the reformer, desulfurization and conversion, the heat recovering system, etc. on the basis of the original ammonia process of gas preparation. This has made the cost of investment decrease drastically and the consumption of natural gas drop one-third in comparison with the old process. Our company has already transferred the new technology to the units of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Burma and Xinjiang Tianye, Xinjiang Huatai, Xinjiang Zhongtai, Tang Yin County Yuxin Company in Henan Province. 

Working Priciple

T     he compressed air passes through the pre-treatment system for removing the oil, dust, solid impurities and most of the water vapor. Then, it enters into the zeolite molecular sieve adsoption tower. The nitrogn, carbon dioxide,  water vapor are adsorbed by adorbent, but the oxygen will pass through the adsorbent bed and be separated. Whn the impurites in the adsorption tower reach a certai level, the adsorption tower will start  atmosphere desorption to regenerate the adsorbet. The adsorption-separation system composed of two towers works in cyclic switching system under the auto-control of PLC or DCS system, continuously generating oxygen.

Technical Features

1. Fully automatic cotrol system without anyone on duty.

2. Use the automatic pressure cylindar and particular inlet; keep the direction of gas flow in adsorbent unchanged; avoid the fatigue wear of adsorbent in adsorption tower. Effectively ensure adsorbent's lifespan to be up to 10 years

3. Humanization design for the equipent, the verall layout  is  reasonable and  compact , small occupation area, easy  for installation.

4. Suitable for small and middle capacity.

5.Advanced oxygen generation process, the unique distribution design , avoiding short circuit of airflow.The flow rate of gas in adsorbent bed will be smoother .Accordingly the utlization rate of adsorbnt is inhanced.

6. Simplicity for operation, easy to start-up and shut-down, fast gases generating and the purity oxygen can be adjusted in a certain range.

7. Key parts of the devices adopt international famous brands; the lifespan of the valves is as long as one million times . Accordingly, ensure the stable operation of the oxygen system.
